Capt Li is the founder of Kingbest Shipping Ltd in 1988. Kingbest is a shipping agency which provides services
to the tanker owners in particular and other vessels as well in Hong Kong. They currently manage two cargo vessels
trading in Far East. Norden is also the Cambodia Deputy Registrar in Hong Kong.
Capt Li was born in Hong Kong. He graduated from the Federate College of China in the Class 9 of 1973. He spent 14 years at sea until 1986. His last position was Master of the Panamax Oil Tanker.
